I’m Sarah Deem: a Christian, Military Wife, Toddler Mama and Physical Therapist. While, I have always loved athletics, particularly endurance sports, recently, as mom life has taken over, I have tried to maximize the efficiency and practicality of my exercise. The biggest reason I exercise is because it helps me enjoy my current lifestyle without risk of injury! I can pick up and play with my toddler countless times a day without back, knee, or shoulder (or anywhere else) pain, in part, because of the skills I have learned through Physical Therapy! I am excited to share those skills and techniques with you that you also may benefit from pain free days of toddler playing and lifting.
